About Merge Everything

Merge Everything is a one-person studio building productivity tools that respect their users. Founded in 2024 by Fayaz, an Australia-based developer, the studio ships products that prove a privacy-first model is workable at scale.

Our thesis

The default model for SaaS — upload your file, process on our servers, trust us to delete it — was reasonable in 2010 when browsers were weak. It is no longer. A modern browser can do PDF compression, image background removal, OCR, and spreadsheet processing as fast as a server farm could a decade ago. The upload step is now the slow, expensive, trust-burning part of the workflow. We remove it.

Founder

Fayaz is a developer with ten years of experience building B2B and consumer software, primarily in TypeScript and Python. Before Merge Everything he worked on data infrastructure, travel-tech, and recruitment platforms. He lives in Australia.
